I think someone would actually be glad to hear that their lover has different bedroom habits with them, than with any previous partner, especially if they're more loving now. Zhou Mi made a very obvious distinction between the two instances, but he unfortunately had to push the sex on Kyu. Not sure I would've appreciated that either.
