To read this while listening to Leo Kuo singing Ai Yu Cheng (and remembering Mi's cover of it) is just perfect. x) It feels great to keep up with this fic updates now. I get so excited when I see it was updated!
This is such a great chapter! So many discoveries I like specially how the first half is built, Kyu's awareness of being in love, uneasy when alone, the way they grew closer, and when they finally kiss, it's-- It's stunning. This is my favorite part, cuz I got this passage in my head as if I was watching a movie. I got really surprised and amazed at this part. It's so meaningful. At that given moment, they were complete, and their world just sort of mingled together. I think Zhou Mi might have missed that somehow, having that knowledge, that understanding of Kyu. And that all this was possible through a kiss? I could say it was predictable, but it -wasn't-!! It was the sweetest thing. Just beautiful.
You know what I like the most about this fic? This is such a beautiful, poetic setting. It's so sensitive. This kind of thing usually gets very confusing/corny when written caressly, but your writing is perfect, you've really got control of this ♥ How hapennings are built.. everything goes on a great pace. I must sound confusing, idek. What I'm trying to say is that everything just fits, you know? I'm such an annoying reader usually, whenever I see a story greatly constructed like this I have to show my appreciation. x3 Maybe I'm a little biased myself? I just love this kind of theme, and Qmi in it... ahhh... :D this is just great.
I wasn't expecting them to talk to each other so soon again! But it makes sense. So now, there's no turning back. While they talked, I began having thoughts like, wow, human's gift of speech is really something, right? It's simultaneously an amazing and dangerous thing. 'Word is silver, Silence is golden'. :) I feel glad that they can communicate like this, but also worried. I hope everything goes well! Anyway, I was delighted to discover more about Zhou Mi. Guess we all were very curious :3 I like him even more now. I just love the way how you built the Tiger!Zhoumi. He's powerful, but not perfect. He has these little cute weak points (aww, spiders!), and things made to remind him of his own nature and limits - his amulet. Zhou Mi is so precious. Great work. ♥♥♥
And oh.. what an evil cliffhanger, you! ;_; (hahah but it couldn't be more well placed than this). Can't wait for the next one *_* ♥
Question: when you begin a fic, a chaptered one.. do you plan the whole thing in advance? What's gonna happen in each chapter, the whole plot, etc? Are there any changes while you are writing? :) I love writing, so it's specially interesting for me to learn about the writing process of authors I really like ♥ (sorry for the long comment!)
