They had argued long and hard over how they were going to go in, who was to go first, who absolutely was not the “bride.”
Zhou Mi seemed to have very specific ideas on what he wanted them to wear. Hankyung had been sitting by as that discussion had fostered. White suits, black suits? And when he had suggested “birthday suits” it had just gotten him two bordering-on-hostile stares. Maybe he had thought it would be funny. And it had been…later.
Since they had rings already, they had them engraved with the date, and their initials. Zhou Mi had confiscated both of them to get that done, trusting them to Hankyung for the ceremony itself.
At least there were no dresses involved. He had the brief, traumatic image of himself in a white, poofy, sequin-crusted ball gown and veil, and could almost imagine his fingers shredding through the sweet bouquet. Imagining Zhou Mi in it fared him no better, and all he got for it was a sneeze as he inhaled some of the dust he was sweeping up. A boutonniere of some yet-chosen flower was all he was wearing, florally, and they established those ground rules quite quickly, thank you very much.
